Lovely well maintained duplex within walking distance to USQ. Offering two bedrooms for the price of one due to one of the rooms being able to be used as a study area that has a desk. You will also have your own bathroom with a shower and bath. The sleeping bedroom has a queen sized bed (please note photo supplied is a different bed). There is also built in wardrobes to store your clothing. Rooms have ceiling fans. I live in a quiet environment for a studious person. I would love to have an international student who is clean and tidy. I have two cheeky cats, so will have to not mind pets. I am a good person to get along with, yet also need to have my space.
