4-bedroom shared house, Cascades Street

The property is sitting on a corner block with breath taking views of the lake. The room is large and comes with a balcony to enjoy and unwind after a busy day.
I am looking for a professional person or full time student, clean and tidy and non smoker who enjoys the outdoors.
The house is large so sharing the space is easy. Ideally I would like to rent the room to someone for at least 6 months.
No pets unfortunately as I already have one.
We are a relaxed family who enjoys sports and generally loves the outdoors. We are looking forward to sharing our home with the right person.
