4-bedroom shared house, Binking Street

Hello! One of my current housemates is unfortunately moving back to the GC for work and am looking for a housemate that would be a good fit to take over her room! Please get in touch if you’re looking to live in an almost brand new property with 2 living/ entertainment areas and spacious backyard which we could definitely make our own. Close to Springfield, Ipswich Hospital and Ripley Valley Hospital. 5 minute drive from Ripley Town Centre. USQ Springfield campus and USQ Ipswich campus are also within a short drive (18 minutes and 24 minutes respectively). Aldi, Coles, Woolworths and Pharmacies are all within under 10 minutes drive.

17 minutes drive from Orion Springfield Shopping Centre and 40 minutes drive from Brisbane City! I’m a 30 year old female full time worker and love having a cosy, clean and comfy home to come home to. You’d be sharing the house with me and my housemate who is a 28 year old female part time worker/ uni student. I’m a non smoker as is my other roomie :)

The place is 3 bedrooms with study and 2 bathrooms with 2 lounge areas so can definitely make it our own and less share-housey. Let me know if you want more deets! Xx.
