The room is currently unfurnished however, it can be furnished with a double bed, clothing rack and bedside table if furnishings are required. There is a fan in the room but no air-con and the room has a big window for lots of natural light. The rest of the house is furnished.

Shared bathroom, off-street parking, outdoor patio area and garden. The house is very light and has lots of windows. There is an air-con in the kitchen and loungeroom as well as ceiling fan in loungeroom.

Rent is $280. 00 per week inclusive of all bills (yes- internet too).

Open to short term rental periods if required. Room available now so move in date can be flexible.

You would be living with two females in their late 20s who both work full time. Looking for a housemate who is employed, clean, easy-going and fun.
