I am a mature woman looking for female students to rent 2 rooms in the rental property I live in. I work full time in a library, I am quiet, clean, tidy, friendly and considerate. I am seeking people who are similar, independent and able to pay rent on time. Contributing to keeping a quiet, calm clean and tidy home is essential. There would be open, honest communication with kindness. The cost includes rent and all bills including unlimited internet. Tenants have to apply with the property management real estate to become an approved occupant. Food will be extra and arrangements decided between housemates. The house will be a sanctuary for the occupants where quiet study is prioritised, no big parties or excessive drinking. The shared kitchen, laundry, living and dining rooms are fully furnished and equipped with up to date appliances and everything needed. There is on street parking available, a bus stop 8 minutes walk away and a convenience store 6 minutes walk away.
