We’re looking for a friendly, respectful and easy-going flatmate to share our comfortable and welcoming home in the Brookwater / Springfield Lakes area.

The home is fully furnished, and the available bedroom can be offered fully furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

Currently, there are two residents in the home — A mature lady & I. We’re both down-to-earth, friendly people who enjoy good conversation while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
